This resource introduces students to business and economic concepts. Classes will use examples that students are familiar with (such as McDonald’s Angus Burger and The Impossible Burger) to explore concepts such as globalisation, entrepreneurship and sustainability. It investigates the challenges and opportunities faced by New Zealand’s red meat industry and how entrepreneurs and businesses can use innovation to remain competitive.
